Yay Penny (and Lydia)

Penny's Endocrinologist decided to try taking her off her insulin today and see how she handles it.  So far she's 5 hours after her skipped dose and she's keeping her blood sugar steady! That's my girl!!!  Well, one of them!  The other one is doing a bit better tonight and is resting quietly at the moment.  Lets hope this keeps up!
