She's
back in the room and looks really good. She's still on the vent but
starting to wake up and express her discontent with having the tube down
her throat again. She's been trying to grab the tube so she's got a
little red ring in her hand to distract her. So far it's working. The
tricky part now will be the balance between keeping her pain down and
not sedating her so much that she loses the drive to breath on her own.
Please pray that the people making these decisions will have
discernment about what's best for her. Allowing her to do as much as
she can without pushing her to hard. Thank you for your prayers.
